How To Deal With Depression

 

MY STORY


I set out on a mission to be successful and put all my effort into pursuing my goals. I put countless hours of hard work and determination into this effort, often pushing myself into the early hours of the morning. However, despite my best efforts, I ultimately failed and failed to achieve the success I so desperately sought. This experience sent me into my first depression and completely devastated me. 

After my failure, I was devastated by extreme depression and isolated from everyone, including my mother and friends. It was getting too much to handle, so I decided to take control of my situation and signed up for gym. I took college classes and came home, spent hours at the gym, and channeled all my frustration and sadness into physical activity. asked for help. Over time, I made new friends at the gym and my body began to change. Slowly but surely my mental state began to improve and I found solace in my daily life and newfound community. 

These have helped me overcome depression and I hope it helps others as well. 

What helped me a lot was spending time outside alone, no matter how sad or depressed I was. It gave me a chance to reflect on my thoughts and feelings, and I even encountered unexpected moments of joy while traveling alone. It is recommended because it can refresh your mind. 

Another thing that worked wonders for me was going to the gym. It may be physically demanding, but the sense of accomplishment you get from seeing positive changes in your body can do wonders for your mental state. has given me a boost of confidence and pride that helped me overcome my depression.
