How many hours should I work out each day?

I have been going to the gym for almost two years now, and I have gained a lot of experience during this time. When I first started out, I used to work out for around three hours a day for five to six months, thinking that the longer I worked out, the better results I would get. However, I soon realized that my body was not responding well to such an intense workout, and I was not seeing the results I wanted.

After some experimentation, I found that reducing my workout time to 1.5 to 2 hours per day produced the same results as my earlier longer workouts. I think this was because my body had adapted to the workout routine and didn't need as much time to get the same benefits.

For beginners, I would recommend working out for 2 to 3 hours per day, as their bodies may feel pain initially, and they need to gradually build up their strength to lift heavier weights. Over time, as their bodies get used to the workout routine, they can reduce their workout time to 1.45 to 1.5 hours per day, which should be sufficient to maintain their fitness level.

If you have any experience, don't hesitate to comment. I feel happy when I read your comments.
