From my personal experience, no, and I will tell you why.
The main thing is you don't have to do a hardcore abs workout to achieve visible abs. Doing normal exercises is enough to build abs. Okay, so you might be thinking, "What is hard then?" The answer is your diet and what you are eating. You have to eat a specific amount with a proper calorie deficit and also avoid junk foods. You need to reduce your body fat percentage to around 15% to 12%. Lastly, how long does it take to get abs? For me, it took 14 days. I am not joking here, although most people will disagree, but I managed to get visible abs within 14 days. Again, remember one thing, if getting abs were easy, then six-pack abs wouldn't hold any value. So, train in a specific way and eat a specific amount.
